These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Reviewley (the "App"), a Shopify application operated by Reviewley ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You may use the App solely in connection with your legitimate Shopify store to collect genuine customer reviews. You agree not to:
Access to the App is authenticated via your Shopify store credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and for all activity that occurs under it.
Paid plans are billed through Shopify Billing. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Shopify App Store; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds except where required by law.
Our collection and use of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
All intellectual property in the App belongs to us. Reviews submitted by your customers belong to you and your customers. You grant us a limited licence to store and process review content solely to provide the App's features.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or Shopify's policies. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated in advance.
